Pioneer of the Made in Italy organic production, the Cooperativa Agricola Girolomoni stood out thanks to its founder’s visionary idea: by creating the company, Gino Girolomoni has been able to shape his love for the Earth. Ocrim know-how and milling technology allowed the prestigious agricultural cooperative to oversee the entire supply chain – from seedlings to plants. In fact, Ocrim designed a new milling plant next to the factory, the project started in 2019. Today Girolomoni organic pasta is marketed, appreciated and exported all over the world in different size. Nowadays it has become a symbol of quality and traceability. The ground wheat get processed according to a zero mile production in the bucolic land between the regions of Marche and Umbria.
