Today our President, Mr. Primo Antolini, turns 97. From rural origins, to imprisonment in a German concentration camp, to the first steps in the world of work, to the international success of the PAGLIERANI company, to the important company that is today. OCRIM, PAGLIERANI and the all actors of the agri-food supply chain wish Happy Birthday to this determined man who has been able to transmit passion, diligence, dignity, respect and work challenge!
Last April 5th, at the Cinema Teatro FILO (Cremona), OCRIM presented the results obtained in 2017 to the financial, political and institutional world. Satisfaction with the economic and financial performances that show an EBITDA increase and growth in terms of employment. New important projects, partnerships, corporate acquisitions and innovative technological researches have given substance to the strategic plan based on the short supply chain and on the traceability of raw materials.

The whole-wheat pasta has put the major nutritionists in agreement: it is good for health and helps to lose weight. Consumption has increased significantly in recent years and the market rewards the traceability of those who document the quality of raw materials. Like the pasta factory GHIGI 1870 S.p.A., based in San Clemente (Rimini – Italy), which offers a certified product, obtained with 100% Italian wheat.
OCRIM has signed an agreement with the “neighbour” Arvedi: this year the Acciaieria Arvedi, based in Cremona, will supply to OCRIM the raw material for the production of the new rollermills and plansifters. A further step in the Full Italian Made philosophy, guaranteeing a high-quality standard, traceability and sustainable choices while respecting the environment.
The “Tuscany project” of Bonifiche Ferraresi – Italy’s largest farm holding – for the Valdichiana’s agri-food and tourism development, proceeds with a fast pace. Among the foreseen interventions, the restoration of 21 “Leopoldine” is already underway. “Leopoldine” are historic farmhouses in the province of Arezzo.
