SENATORE CAPPELLI PASTA: UNEXPECTED RESULTS OF A RELIABLE CLINICAL TRIAL

The team of gastroenterologists at the Foundation Polyclinic University A. Gemelli in Rome has conducted research to compare the effects of an organic durum wheat variety with those of standard commercial wheat. In the sample of patients with non-celiac gluten sensitivity, lower scores were found on overall symptoms and, in particular, on gastrointestinal and extra-intestinal symptoms, after eating Senatore Cappelli pasta.

2019 LOMBARDY REGION CHAMPIONS’ AWARD. WELL DONE OCRIM!

The best 4.0 companies selected among the 400 thousand that operate in the Lombardy region are 400. Ocrim is included in the top 400 and has been received the 2019 Lombardy region champions’ award. The survey, carried out by the Study Centre of ItalyPost, in collaboration with the economic newspaper L’Economia del Corriere della Sera, was presented on May 13 during the meeting at Kilometro Rosso, one of the largest European innovation districts.

CONGRATS MARCO AND FABIO!

The President of the Italian Republic has appointed Marco Galli and Fabio Vuoto as “Maestri del Lavoro” (Masters of Labour). Ocrim is proud for the high honour given to two of its most valuable employees. The “Star of Merit of Labour” was conferred during the official ceremony that took place on May 1st, Workers’ Day or Labour Day, in the Auditorium of the Giuseppe Verdi Conservatory in Milan.
