Ready for our next edition of “Wheat, flour and …”, now in its ninth edition, which will be held in the Ocrim headquarters in Cremona, on 14 and 15 September. Two days in the name of sharing and conviviality. We look forward to welcoming you in Ocrim.

The Ocrim Open Day Is Coming

Introduced in 2011, the event “Wheat, flour and …” was born almost on the sly with the intention of creating a moment of encounter and exclusive confrontation with customers and collaborators. Over time it has assumed an ever-increasing importance, becoming a real trademark and, year after year, we have reached the ninth edition.

This year it will be held on September 14th and 15th at our Cremona offices, where our roots sink. The agenda is particularly rich and, we hope, of great interest. We invited some of the leading experts, professors, technicians and researchers of the milling art, to illustrate the latest technological, nutritional and the most innovative market trends. We will talk about cereals but also about legumes, the rediscovery of ancient grains and special flours. We will do it with an engaging language, both cognitively and sensory. The event will start on Saturday morning at 9.00 am with the guests’ registration and, between conferences, tastings, debates and moments of leisure,  the event will concluded Sunday afternoon with the opening of the company to all employees and their families for a meeting full of memories and fun.

A weekend dedicated to sharing, but also to hospitality and banquets to accompany you in the traditions and culture of our territory. So, let yourself be transported to the Ocrim world, we look forward to welcoming you.
